told the diet to go fuck it self

Ha so bad week Just did not care. I am now at 332. whatever. This week I will be better again!

  1. Have you tried MyFitnessPal? It is an App you can use on the computer, android phones, and even a kindle. That is what I use all the time. It is really hard to make myself do it, but I really like the app. It lets me scan a barcode of what I am eating. Probably the number one thing I use on my phone.
